How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Primeindicate Garage Doors deserves fair and honest treatment. If you did not get that, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we used your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said.
Tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Primeindicate Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or rule on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@primeindicate.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you would like
Our Next Steps
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter. That may include contacting the provider. We will reply with what we found and any action we take.
If You Still Disagree
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
